Looks great, and blends in well with the Milk ShapeShifter theme. The icons are awesome as well.

How do you get the status icons with the - sign and whatnot? Otherwise cool.

i am also having problems with getting the status icons to appear. but other wise, it's really awesome.

why dont you just have the status icons in a .adiumstatusicon pack? Would be much easier.
