Snapdragon

Submitted By Richard Gilbert (dcentity2000)

Description

Well, I finally got round to designing a message theme for Adium, based on the Proteus extra "Murcia" and the Adium extra "Header Spotlight Mod". It's a bit hectic and a bit rough around the edges but hey, it works and it matches my wallpaper ;)

Contains five variants now in one single file :)

Shown below:

1. Full blown screenshot (Snapdragon UV)
2. Snippet (Snapdragon Aqua)
3. Snippet (Snapdragon Graphite)
4. Snippet (Snapdragon IR)
5. Snippet (Snapdragon Sky)
6. Snippet (Snapdragon UV)
7. Full blown screenshot (Snapdragon Sky with custom transparent background at 50% opacity), featuring contact list "Sky" and status icons "Underling"

Changes

1.0 - Initial release
1.5 - Now all variants are contained in one file
1.6 - Bug fix
1.7 - Bug fix

Sharp :)

Have you seen http://trac.adiumx.com/wiki/CreatingM...ssageStyles which has some information on how to create variants?

I posted the wallpaper in this post on the forums as I couldn't remember the source: http://forums.cocoaforge.com/viewtopi...55903#55903

The transparency in the last screenshot is a feature of AdiumX 1.x - it is not supported in the current version.

Thanks!

Very nice.
I want my entire setup to look like that. Very clean.

Just a few questions:
1) Where do you get Adium 1.x?
2) About your contact list. How did you get your account's picture, status, and name on the top?

Very cool. Thanks a lot!!!!

1) This official support page outlines how to get the current Adium 1.x - http://trac.adiumx.com/wiki/Getting...AdiumSource
2) That's Adium 1.x

A word of warning - Adium 1.x is NOT a complete product and still has a long way to go and as such various features may fail to work or work to only a limited extent.

Meh… I got so confused reading Snapdragon for the first time.

My mind thinks, ”It ends in Dragon, so it must be Zaudagon!” but then it isn’t…

so, after downloading and building Adium 1.0svn, how do i get a transparant window?
