Descriptionok the reason behind this is simple, i wanted a smooth simple icon set for my dock, something that looked kool but wasn't too flashy, and a friend of mine reminded me of a set of icons that were 3 letters per icon.. so i made my own set based of that idea, the adium icon is simple and effective a green ball appears when available, yellow for idle and red for away, not much more to it.. also if anybody would like the full set of icons i will upload them to my website just leave a comment asking and i will upload them :) enjoy..also i have been asked this on a previous submission.. the wallpaper (titled "simplicity") is created by me and can be found at my website http://colordesignstudios.down-loaded.co.uk thanx :D ImagesCommentsYou can reply to individual comments by clicking the "Reply" link next to each. # by Maverick on 10/19/06 at 01:15:13this extra looks great!! which status icons are you using (the stars)? and where can I find those Dock icons?

firs the dock background is simply a edit on the wallpaper in photoshop, i just cut and layered the picture added a shadow for effect the system font is named "skia" and is included with mac os x, u can change the font using silk from unsanity http://www.unsanity.com/haxies/silk the thing above the dock displaying the mail, clock, hard drive info and itunes info is a application named Stattoo http://www.panic.com/stattoo/ also i have been asked how to allign the dock to the lelft like i have done, this was done with a application named tinkertool http://www.bresink.com/osx/TinkerTool.html hope this helps :D # by twee.doderik on 10/21/06 at 08:28:12coool, i like that font and laso the dock icons.. is it possible to download them somewhere.. all of them =) please.. btw nice theme of blog.. i like it too (tweeky.org)

# by Spike_may on 10/31/06 at 19:59:52hey there, thats problem is overcome with a imple trick of the eye, lol all i do to make it appear transparent, is take a screenshot of the area behind where u want the buddy list, and use that as the list background.. hope this helps

- some icons are being stubborn, and if i change them, they still dont change in the dock (skype, ical, photoshop elements) - i cant figure out how to change the trash, finder, or dashboard - do you take suggestions for other icons? :P (word, google earth, limewire, soulseek, colloquy, firefox are all popular ones) thanks! # by Spike_may on 11/02/06 at 16:58:35as said by twee candybar is required to change finder icons and stuff.. also i have not finished the icon set, so some icons are missing i will update shortly and the blackborder behind the dock isn't part of it, its just a part of my wallpaper, u can remove the dock background using 'cleardock' from unsanity
